Engine Dyno
The building of our 850bhp Dyno Testing Cell is currently underway. Once it has been commissioned we will be able to design and test all our hand built engines prior to installation making sure that they perform perfectly when it's time to push that start button or turn the key for the first time!
Full data acquisition with a sweep test that allows the power / torque and air fuel ratio to be recorded over the full operating revs of the engine.
Working in conjunction with the Emerald software, adjustment can be made to the fuel and ignition table to allow the maximum potential from our Championship winning engines.
Such is the accuracy of this Dyno cell, we can quite literally design the intake and exhaust systems, adjust cam timing to find the optimum settings. The Dyno can also be used for fault diagnostics as well as tuning!
